About Me…
My name is Luke Thompson and I’ve been a Massage Therapist for about 4 years now. My journey started in 2018 at the Central Maryland School of Massage of Frederick Maryland. I have learned a few different modalities over that time including Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, and a variety of stretches and tissue repair techniques.
My site is aimed at informing its readers on the importance of massage and what can be achieved if done properly. I will be going over my core values, the benefits of massage, contraindications, and a few examples of things I’ve experienced both as a therapist in practice and a client in receiving. You can find my thoughts, experiences, and values on the Blog page. All the photos on this site I took myself. Except the top photo of the pug getting a massage I bought that to give the site personality. I have many interests and photography is one of them.
